White Shimeji Mushroom 150G (Hypsizygus tessellatus, commonly known as White Beech or Bunapi-shimeji) is a delicate, East Asian culinary mushroom prized for its petite white caps, pleasant firm crunch, and clean umami flavor when cooked.

Physical Characteristics

• Size: Packaged in a compact 150g dense cluster attached at a shared root base.

• Caps & Stems: Small, smooth, porcelain-white hemispherical caps supported by slender, crisp white stems.

• Texture: Exceptionally firm, crunchy, and snappy with a tender, non-fibrous bite that holds its shape well during heat exposure.

Taste and Culinary Uses

Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
