Physical Characteristics

• Size: Grows 4 to 7 inches (10 to 18 cm) long with an oblong, tapered tuber shape.

• Skin & Surface: Dusty, deep purple-to-grayish brown outer skin that is thin yet firm.

• Flesh & Core: Dense, intensely pigmented deep purple flesh rich in natural anthocyanins, keeping its striking color even after cooking.

• Texture: Firmer, drier, and slightly denser than orange varieties when raw, cooking up into a smooth, satisfyingly rich texture.

Any request for cancellation made or reschedule delivery after the Grace Period will not be entertained.

For any cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge, which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
