Siew Pak Choy (Dwarf Bok Choy) is a compact, dwarf variety of Chinese cabbage, prized for its exceptionally sweet stems, tender leaves, and refreshing crunch.

Physical Characteristics

• Size: Grows to a compact 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15 cm) in length, featuring tightly clustered, vase-like heads.

• Stem: Thick, bulbous, pale green-to-white petioles that form a plump, juicy base.

• Leaves: Smooth, dark green, oval leaves with delicate ribbing that frame the short stalks.

• Texture: Remarkably crisp and succulent at the base with soft, tender leaf tips that hold up well during high-heat cooking.

• Flavor: Mild, sweet, and buttery with a subtle, clean pepperiness and zero stringy bitterness.

Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
