Fresh Vietnam-Grown Japanese Sweet Potato (Ubi Jepun / Satsumaimo) is a highly sought-after root vegetable, prized for its distinctive reddish-purple skin, golden-yellow interior, naturally sweet honey-like flavor, and smooth, velvety texture.

Physical Characteristics

• Size: Medium-sized, oblong-to-tapered tubers measuring 5 to 8 inches (12 to 20 cm) in length.

• Skin & Surface: Smooth, vibrant dusty reddish-purple to deep magenta outer skin that is thin and fully edible after washing.

• Flesh & Core: Dense, pale ivory-to-cream flesh raw, which deepens into a rich, golden-yellow color upon cooking.

• Texture: Remarkably dense, dry, and starchy when raw, transforming into a tender, creamy, and non-fibrous texture when baked or steamed.

Taste and Culinary Uses

• Flavor: Richly sweet with a distinct chestnut-like aroma and subtle notes of caramelized sugar and honey when roasted.

Any request for cancellation made or reschedule delivery after the Grace Period will not be entertained.

For any cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge, which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
