Physical Characteristics

• Size: Medium to large, round-to-slightly-flattened squat fruit measuring 2.8 to 3.5 inches (7 to 9 cm) in diameter, topped with a distinctive dry green-brown calyx cap.

• Skin & Surface: Smooth, glossy, thin skin ranging in color from vibrant golden-yellow to deep reddish-orange when fully ripe.

• Flesh & Seeds: Translucent orange interior that is seedless or contains very few small, flat seeds.

• Texture: Firm, crisp, and snappy when eaten non-astringent/semi-ripe, ripening into a soft, velvety, and jelly-like custard flesh.

Taste and Culinary Uses

• Flavor: Delicately sweet with notes of wildflower honey, brown sugar, and subtle spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, with zero tartness when ripe.

• Cultivation & Sourcing: Harvested during the crisp autumn months, carefully hand-picked at firm maturity to prevent bruising, and temperature-managed during transit to allow custom ripening at home.

Any request for cancellation made or reschedule delivery after the Grace Period will not be entertained.

We reserve the absolute discretion to approve or reject your request for cancellation or reschedule delivery. For any cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge, which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
