Fresh Organic Thai Longan (Mata Kucing Organik / "Dragon Eye") is a prized tropical stone fruit, highly sought after for its brittle tan shell, translucent succulent flesh, rich honeyed sweetness, and aromatic floral profile.

Physical Characteristics

• Size: Small, round to spherical globe measuring 0.8 to 1.2 inches (2 to 3 cm) in diameter, usually sold attached to small woody stems.

• Skin & Surface: Thin, brittle, light-tan to yellowish-brown outer leathery shell with a slightly rough texture that cracks easily under light thumb pressure.

• Flesh & Seed: Translucent, glass-like white flesh encasing a single, smooth, dark brown-to-black round seed at the center.

• Texture: Tender, slippery, and exceptionally juicy, offering a soft, pleasant pop when bitten into.

Taste and Culinary Uses

• Flavor: Intensely sweet and aromatic with distinctive floral notes, subtle muskiness, and a clean, honeyed tropical finish.

• Culinary Applications: Enjoyed fresh out-of-hand, incorporated into tropical fruit salads, chilled dessert soups (Tong Sui), herbal teas, or dried into longan flesh for traditional tonic brews.

• Cultivation & Sourcing: Grown organically without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers in sun-drenched, well-drained tropical orchards, hand-harvested in clusters at peak sweetness, and chilled under strict quality controls to preserve optimal juice and freshness.

Any request for cancellation made or reschedule delivery after the Grace Period will not be entertained.

We reserve the absolute discretion to approve or reject your request for cancellation or reschedule delivery. For any cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge, which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
