Fresh Pearl Brinjal (Terung Mutiara) is a popular, tender Asian eggplant variety, renowned for its glossy purple skin, delicate texture, and sweet, non-bitter flesh.

Physical Characteristics

• Size: Grows 6 to 9 inches (15 to 22 cm) long with a plump, slightly teardrop to cylindrical shape.

• Skin & Cap: Vibrant, glossy deep-violet to purple skin topped with a firm, bright green stem cap.

• Flesh & Seeds: Creamy white, soft inner flesh containing soft, microscopic seeds that blend seamlessly when cooked.

• Texture: Exceptionally tender and spongy when raw, transforming into a velvety, melt-in-your-mouth texture as it absorbs surrounding flavors during cooking.

For any cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge, which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
