Native Habitat: Native to East Asia, where wild varieties grow on the trunks of Enoki (Chinese hackberry) and other broadleaf trees in cool autumn/winter climates.

How to Use
Trim off the root base of the enoki mushrooms, separate the strands and rinse thoroughly before cooking. With their mild flavour and delicate texture, enoki mushrooms are suitable for hot pots, soups, ramen, miso soup, noodles and stir-fries. They can also be wrapped in thinly sliced meat and pan-fried, or sautéed with garlic and chilli. Cook thoroughly before serving.
Nutritional Benefits
Enoki mushrooms are low in calories and provide dietary fibre, B vitamins and minerals such as potassium. They also contain naturally occurring compounds found in edible mushrooms. With their delicate texture and mild flavour, enoki mushrooms are a versatile addition to soups, hot pots, noodles and other balanced meals.
How to Store
Keep enoki mushrooms refrigerated until ready to use. Store them according to the packaging instructions and use them while they are fresh. Once opened, keep any unused mushrooms refrigerated in a clean, covered container and consume as soon as possible.
