Fresh China Holland Pea (Kacang Belanda / Snow Pea) is a prized, tender pod vegetable widely used in Asian stir-fries, cherished for its flat profile, bright lime-green color, and crisp, sweet bite.

Physical Characteristics

• Size: Flat, translucent pods measuring 3 to 4 inches (7 to 10 cm) in length and about 0.75 inches (2 cm) in width.

• Skin & Surface: Smooth, vibrant lime-to-emerald-green outer pod walls through which tiny, underdeveloped peas are faintly visible.

• Flesh & Pod: Thin, crisp edible pod walls housing miniature, soft, unripened seeds inside.

• Texture: Tender, snappy, and exceptionally crisp when fresh, cooking quickly while retaining its structural crunch.

Taste and Culinary Uses

• Cultivation & Sourcing: Cultivated in cool, sun-abundant conditions with well-drained soil, harvested young before inner seeds swell to ensure stringless, tender pods, and refrigerated immediately to preserve crispness.

Any request for cancellation made or reschedule delivery after the Grace Period will not be entertained.

We reserve the absolute discretion to approve or reject your request for cancellation or reschedule delivery. For any cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge, which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
