• Size: Small, slender, finger-like branching rhizomes growing 2 to 4 inches (5 to 10 cm) long.

• Skin & Surface: Thin, rough, light-brown-to-yellowish skin marked with distinct horizontal ring segments.

• Flesh & Core: Dense, solid, brilliantly vivid golden-orange to deep orange interior flesh that stains surfaces readily due to natural curcumin content.

• Texture: Firm, crisp, and dense when fresh, grating easily into a smooth, colorful paste.

Taste and Culinary Uses

Any request for cancellation made or reschedule delivery after the Grace Period will not be entertained.

We reserve the absolute discretion to approve or reject your request for cancellation or reschedule delivery. For any cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge, which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary, no cancellation or reschedule delivery will be entertained once your orders have been shipped to your shipping address.
